How long does a siding job take?+
Most homes run two to four weeks depending on size, rot repair and weather.
Can you side over the existing material?+
We don't recommend it. Tear-off lets us inspect the sheathing and install the weather barrier correctly.
What siding do you recommend here?+
Fiber cement is the workhorse for our climate; engineered wood and cedar are good options depending on look and budget.
Will you find rot?+
Often some, especially at deck ledgers and window sills. We show you photos and price the repair before proceeding.
