Do I need an egress window?+
Any basement bedroom does. We handle the cut, the well and the window as part of the project.
Can I add a bathroom downstairs?+
Usually yes; it may require a pump system depending on where the main line sits. We confirm during assessment.
How long does a basement take?+
Most finished basements run eight to fourteen weeks depending on size, bathrooms and permitting.
Can the basement be a rental unit?+
Sometimes, if it meets ADU rules for your city. We review that as part of feasibility.
