How long will my kitchen be out of service?+
Most full remodels run four to eight weeks, with the sink and range typically out for two to three of those. We can set up a temporary prep station to keep the home livable.
Can you remove a wall to open up the kitchen?+
Usually yes. We determine whether it's load-bearing, engineer a beam if needed, and pull permits before touching it.
Do you supply the cabinets and countertops?+
We can supply and install everything, or install materials you've already purchased. Quartz, granite and solid surface are all standard for us.
Do you handle permits with the city?+
Yes. Where the scope requires a permit, we pull it and schedule the inspections.
